Gourmet on Gore is mindful of our beautiful surrounding environment and strives to achieve the highest standards of environmentalism. Gourmet on Gore has implemented ways to stay green during the holiday weekend, including plasticware made from compostable and recycled products, separate bins for waste, compost, recycling, and more.

 

Gourmet on Gore, along with the Town of Vail, invites all of our guests to join us in our environmental efforts by using Gourmet on Gore re-usable glassware throughout the weekend, as well as being conscious of your recycling efforts during the event. With your help, our goal is to maintain Vail’s natural beauty throughout the holiday weekend and year-round.

With this in mind, NO WATER WILL BE SOLD at this year's event. Instead, we will provide water stations throughout the venue for your use. Please bring a water bottle to the venue so you can enjoy these refresh and refill stations.
